From the Comiclink blurb: Amazing Heroes Preview Special #5 (1988) provided news of all of the upcoming comic books from every company at the time. The cover features Bob Burden's surreal superhero, Flaming Carrot teamed with well-known stop motion cartoon character, Gumby. Burden and Adams were teaming up at the time on a Gumby comic book published by Comico and that led to the development of this cover.

What a fun cover! That's a team up story I would have definitely picked up at my local comic shop! I really enjoyed their work on Gumby's Summer Fun Special and Gumby's Winter Fun Special!
