Description

Dale Keown's Hulk is on my very short list of favorite Hulk artists. I loved Dale's entire run, including how he handled the Joe Fixit stories for Peter David's writing. I really enjoyed the visuals in this issue with the green Joe Fixit.

"He cried for his Momma" ... you should have stopped while you were ahead Frost because now the glasses are coming off.

Proud to leave the first comment on here -- Keown is synonymous with Hulk, I feel, and for good reason. He gets every dimension/nuance of the (later) character right. That last panel is legit hair-raising... congrats, man!

Incredible Hulk page! I love how restrained Joe Fixit is until that final oversized panel....Ooo, somebody's gonna get hurt!

You can't go wrong with Farmer inks over Keown's pencils, but you do raise the bar with Mr. Fixit. Such a cool page!

That is definitely some great story telling, with that fantastic "money panel" at the end. I always enjoy re-reading these Dale Keown issues.

Mr Fixit! Isn't that the greatest name, though? I'm with you on Keown Hulk. His run was incredible. That last panel is just perfect. Someone is about to get punched...really, really hard. Nice score! Big congrats!

One of the names I think when I think Hulk, like many others! A lot has to do with this pinup-y shots but for me it's just as much the story beats/panel pages, like here. Also them's some CLEAN inks by Farmer! Congrats, Dave!
