Description
So first off, i know i haven't been posting in some time. The Covid lockdown was a perfect storm of sorts. So first off, I have many monekys on my back. I collect a few things and I usually do so in cycles. So the order usually goes comics, vintage toys, and original artwork. During the lock down, I found myself online looking at artwork again. So my interest shifted back to artwork. Second, Bill and his constant stream of entertaining shows has kept me engaged and really revitalized my love of the hobby. So Thanks Bill.
That being said here is a purchase I made in 2019. its my first Breyfogle piece, and I love it. For me growing up Aparo and Breyfogle were my Batman artist. I strongly feel that much like McFarline. Breyfogle completely, did his own thing and broke away from the house style of this iconic character. But for some reason he didn't quite reach the same level as Todd. To me he was a trail blazer and we lost him too soon.. thanks for looking.

Welcome back!  Your Breyfogle is fantastic!  The way he works the cape and shadows is his signature style.

Beautiful page which is a great example of what Breyfogle brought to Batman.
His work still holds up (and IMO, yet to be matched). The man and his art is sorely missed.
