Description
So far, this is the only Barney Google original that I have seen which includes any reference to the 1920s song about our hero by Billy Rose, you know: "Barney Google, with the Goo, Goo, Googly eyes." Insofar as the actual artwork is concerned, DeBeck almost gives a lesson in the use of multiple techniques in this one strip.
