Description

Before we get into this, I want to say that this is a complete recreation of what I had before. The preceding sketch you've seen in the prelims unfortunately fell victim to an accident. So I retraced it and have gone beyond the trace to continue from there. Thankfully the frame and wall are finally fully inked. For the wall I decided to show ITS age as well. If you notice, I have concentrated the cracks and wear on the masonry on the bricks closest to the bottom of this wall. I've also deepened them to the point where you can see them showing up from the cast shadow of the frame. The thicket of weeds at the top of the page has also been layered with different line thickness. As to the frame itself, I'm very proud of the lines in the wood. It's been 37 years and this has to show its age after exposure to the elements and lack of maintenance. It's the ruins of the Soceress's village from over two centuries ago, after all. I've also xeroxed the image so that I can use it as a template for my other characters; this is a set so therefore it'll be the main background to showcase the main players of this new show.
