A masterpiece.
Truly a masterpiece! Troy should just go Wrightson and illustrate the whole thing. It would be that good.
Nixey's commissions are ridiculously intricate and huge in scale. Following the progress on this online is a great show on its own.

Two thoughts: One, I've never really seen this scene done this way before, so bravo to Nixey on his artistic vision. Two, wow, there is a lot to take in.

Even with all the dead men around, the depiction of the ropes and harpoons makes you feel for the tortured and attacked whale.
