Description

I had made a list of my Top Ten favorite covers, and this one is on my list. I love the juxtaposition of these Bat-villains on top of a building gargoyle...instead of the classic Batman pose we see so often.

I was very lucky to get introduced to the artist Dale. I had corresponded with him several times many years ago. He initially had not intended to sell the cover, and I was respectful of that.
I checked back with him, and timing is everything.
He agreed to sell to me and I have been blessed to be the caretaker of this wonderful cover.

I asked him to personalize it, as I knew I would be framing it. Love the Batman head sketch remarque he added to the top border.

Note: I decided to re-post this listing with better pics and a better description.

Too cool !! No Man's Land remains on of my all-time favorite arcs and this is a definite highlight ! Congrats !

Such a great cover, Jordan. It was very cool to see you show it during your CAF chat. It reminds me a lot of a cover I have with Wonder Woman on a gargoyle, with all of Batman's rogues tied up and hanging from her lasso!

That's a real jaw-dropper, Jordan! It must hold the record for what can be drawn on a gargoyle.
