Description

One of the gems in my collection and probably the piece that was one that scratched a specific itch the most when I was able to buy this. I have more valuable pieces, but perhaps none that I value more. I wax so happy to find something that had so many of the elements that make this strip a classic. Vikings, Aleta, a fight, a full panel of an enraged Prince Valiant and it’s from one of his greatest storylines-the new world, featuring Val’s first encounter with Native Americans in the pre-Columbian era.

High adventure classic! The size of these originals should be emphasized as how overwhelming an experience it is to gaze upon these fine strips in person.

True, its amazing that each panel is around 8x10 and essentially can stand alone as a piece of art.

Benno this is a fantastic PV page! It begins the climax of my very favorite story line when Ulfrain steels Aleta. PV's most desperate quest to get his beloved back is about to come to an end. Drool!
