Doomsday - the character who killed Superman - makes his debut here. This book launched the "Death of Superman" story arc. To say it was a sales hit for DC is a major understatement.

Absolutely love this piece, a great find to a very historic time in Superman's life. One of the early books I read growing up and got to live it a little when I worked on the movie. Huge congrats!

FRAKA-THOOM! That's the sound of Doomsday punching a hole through my nostalgia meter. Historically awesome! This series brought me back to the DC spinner racks with a vengeance. I loved the whole arc, and what came next with the rebirth. Very cool find. Huge congrats!
