Through The Wishing Well: Mystery Character, mixed media illustration by Rachta Lin. Continuing to share some unpublished illustrations that I haven't gotten around to posting yet. I am a big fan of Manga style artist Rachta Lin from Singapore. I have gotten a Marilyn Monroe full color commission, a Black Cat sketch cover at a convention (C2E2), and several other pieces from her including a Wonder Woman illustration and two illustrations of characters related to one of my all-time favorite video games (Tifa and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII). All those pieces are already in my gallery. I have also supported her through Kickstarter and Patreon etc. Recently, she released her second published Manga, a story/title called "Through The Wishing Well". In this story there was a character introduced that was never given a name, at least not yet, perhaps in a follow up book. This mixed media illustration is of that mystery character. It is my first Manga "related" piece (even though it isn't published or actually from the Manga itself). Anyway, happy to continue supporting and spreading the word on Rachta's art, she is now doing variant covers in the United States for store exclusives. She's already had published covers for Vampirella and Batman, with more to come!
