Disneyland Magazine Pinocchio 2-Page Spread Original Art (Walt Disney/Fawcett, 1979). Pinocchio finds out that old adage "All that glitters isn't gold" to be true when "Honest" John Foulfellow and Gideon trade him a "gold" (painted) brick for a hot meal, in this great 2-page spread. The art is painted in ink and gouache on a large sheet of skimmed illustration board measuring approximately 27.5" x 17.5", with an overall image area of 26" x 16.5". Along the upper left margin is written "Disneyland Fun Time Spring Special 1979 Pages 4-5." The story is told in eleven separate panel images plus page "toppers" but no text or type. Appearing in the comic strip is Geppetto and Jiminy Cricket. Artboard is matted with an opening of 26" x 15.75". Very Good condition with minor handling and edge wear.
