Ferd Johnson Moon Mullins Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 5 (News Syndicate Co., 1967). Five dailies dated 9-8, 9-30, 10-26, 10-30, and 11-3. It wasn't until 1964 that Frank Willard's main assistant, Ferd Johnson, who was drawing all of the episodes at the time, received a by-line on the Moon Mullins strips. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16.5" x 5". The strips are slightly toned, and there's a text paste-up in the third panel of the daily dated 9-30. In Very Good condition.
