DISNEY EXPEDITION TO PENNSYLVANIA IN SEARCH OF DUCKS

A couple of summers before COVID; I ventured with three other "DUCK" fans to see Patrick and Shelly Block and their work of art. They have been creating artwork and stories for Walt Disney Comics which have appeared in the United States and around the globe for over twenty years. Patrick had the honor of working with Carl Barks on his very last duck project which Carl asked him to draw. The Blocks were nominated for a Harvey Award for "Best Original Story" in 2008 for their epic Donald Duck detective mystery tale "The Case of the Missing Mummy" which was published as a one-shot by Gemstone Publishing. Upon leaving their home after our two day stay i was presented with this original pen and ink drawing. To the Blocks I say thank you for your great hospitality.
