I'm starting to get he feeling that Tim Truman maybe be your favourite comic artist of all time, Rick!

Holy smokes!  What a page!  Not sure why, but that large middle panel seems almost Bolland-esque to me.

Truman is so meticulous, so it's actually kind of fun to spot his intentional areas that are not perfect.  The whiteout for the word balloons open to the panel borders help to connect the flow of the story and the slight missing headband lines to let the colorist work keep the image fresh.  The center panel is close to the Doctor Doom splash from FF84 by Kirby.

Vaping is bad for ones health even back in 1983.

Wow, Rick - another great Truman piece!  I love the symmetrical panel build here, which serves to both support and frame that awesome middle panel.  Love the flair and execution of that, and Eric DLS is so spot on: it's like an outtake from one of Bolland's Forbidden Planet ads, with the disparate (yet iconic) elements you'd find there - mutants, alien road warriors, robots...  all with a lovely variety of weaponry (swords, laser pistols, plucky attitude, etc.).  This page has quite the personality, Rick!  Great add to your superb collection!

It simply doesn't get any better than this from Tim's best period in the glorious 80s ! Great design, great details, superbly inked, huge congrats !
