Art is by Walt Howarth (1928-2008), a British illustrator best known for his work on numerous British comic annuals (most of them for World Distributors) in a career that spanned 60 years. Art shows Cisco Kid rescuing a bound and gagged Pancho from the midst of burning Native American village. Art has hand-painted title at top and price at bottom right and applied stats for WDL logo, World Distributors strip at bottom and "The Film And Television Favourite" text block above title. Howarth has signed at lower left. Exc. Comes w/COA signed by Howarth.
