Chris SPROUSE / Al GORDON; Supreme: The Return #1 cover

Originally intended to be Supreme #57, the once stellar series by the team of Alan Moore, Chris Sprouse and Al Gordon never achieved the same heights after its relaunch as "Supreme: The Return". This would be the last issue by that trio and for me, its last hurrah. Although the next five issues would be still be scripted by Alan Moore, the considerable contribution made by Sprouse and Gordon would be conspicuously absent and the series faded into oblivion.
