Beautiful and iconic with the symbolic Wonder Woman imagery. A goddess, a warrior, and the embodiment of what a woman should be. Perez brings all of these ideas to the table.

In retrospect this was likely one of the last times that George Perez drew Wonder Woman. His take on the character is definitive, and his work will keep him with us long into the future.

Given that I started buying comic books in the 1980s, George's depiction of Wonder Woman will always be the definitive version of the character for me. This is a wonderful piece (no pun intended).
