Description

Original animation pencil of Teela from the Mattel "Masters of the Universe" toy commercial. This pre-dates the Filmation cartoon and features a number of differences from her eventual cartoon design, since this was based on the action figure rather than being the more simplified design for ease of weekly animation.

This one of the first TV appearances of the character though.

These commercials built up hype for the toys and looked like they could have been used for Heavy Metal.
