Description

Capp is one of the greats. I remember reading Abner in the paper during my childhood. It is hard to imagine just how influential this wonderful strip was during it's heyday, even appearing on the cover of Life Magazine. Capp was an amazing satirist, who poked fun at all cultural icons. He even poked fun at fellow creators. Fosdick is a great example. I miss seeing works like this in our papers.
