Cover art from Heavy Metal magazine issue #300. Taarna, from the 80's movie. Very excited to add this one to personal collection. I have been hugely influence by Heavy Metal over the years.

A milestone issue needed a cover image that would speak to the history of past classics as well as point toward tomorrow. This achieves both through the skillful pencil art of Ianniciello presenting fantasy and legend of old with the added flair of the forward looking art style.
