Description

Got this piece from Dueling Dealers and felt I got it for a decent price. It's a little oversized but it's all pencil work by Alex Maleev and it's a nice add to my collection since I didn't have any of his work before.

I did post the cover and it looks like he added some more elements to the background that's not on this cover pencil.

It's a great claim as we've also seen what little there is of his other published works in actual finished form.

You bet, Jeffrey! This is an excellent piece, and wonderful pick up (I would have loved to have made a move on it myself! :) ). Beautiful finished pencils on a terrific assortment of characters on a really cool and fun event book. Terrific piece, Jeffrey - congrats!

Very nice pickup! Maleev is super talented, and like many artists these days, it is getting significantly harder to get physical published work from him. This is a fun mix of characters and definitely has Alex's style all over them. Congrats!
