Description

I can't imagine what it was like for Andy Kubert to have to take the drawing reins on the main X-men title after Jim Lee but I definitely have fond memories of those stories and still being blown away by the artwork. Glad to have this page that shows off Rogue, Gambit, and Psylocke. Some nice storytelling panels (with the requisite organic machinery background) with a good half figure of Psylocke.

I don't t'ink I wanna t'ink about dat.

It might even be better that way. Sometimes Psylocke's legs can get away from the artists.

The formula for X-Men art was established by Lee/Williams and their blueprint shows up here with Kubert bringing the intense linework, showcase panels, and theatrics that make every image cover worthy.
