Elsa Charretier - Department of Truth - issue 6 - p23

Beautifully done to unfurl the scrolls of time to reveal a history lesson of the "truth" in this chapter drawn by Charretier.  The approach is to draw this in a manner that is innovative for the time period, much like Simmonds draws for modern tastes.  It has old world feel in the images, but the comic storytelling is modern sequential art at its best for this dramatic and atmospheric tone that the title demands.

Marcus is spot on - as usual. Elsa has an in depth exploration of her approach to this issue in her second sketchbook. I can't wait to see her next project come to life. Congrats!
