DescriptionHappy to pick up this preliminary sketch of Carlos Pacheco's cover to Vol. 7 #14 (2013). This story "Loose Nuke Part 4" is the finale to a spectacular story of patriotism gone too far, and what it nearly drove Steve to do vs Nuke (shown in this amazing image). Pacheco must have really liked his prelim, because the cover is nearly identical, even down to the shading.Fellow Cap fan?
