Fantastic environments are shown of the castle and life within its walls.  Wood shows Doom as king and mad scientist, while he has internal insecurities of his absolute rule.  It is shakespearean as to how much drama can be presented as this is only page 3 of the story.

Great slice of a brief but stellar run during Wood's late return to Marvel. I used to own the previous page, it would have made a great pair though this one has everything you need :)

Damn Roy Thomas for  pissing Wood off and telling him his Doom work was starting to look too much like it was being done by assistants, causing him to quit doing the series. Hey, I'll settle for that! This was a wonderful little run of stories, with beautiful art.

Amazing! Wood's inks have that incredible shine to them. It was so exciting to see Doom depicted via Wood's chanelling of 1950s E.C. science fiction and horror. Great drama in every wonderful panel.

Everybody loves this run, but only a few are privileged to own a page! Congrats!

This was a too short but so sweet series! Wood did great here!

I can never get enough of the "bad" Doctor and this piece is really a prize example of why!
