"DC's Villainous Superboy Is Back - and an Even Bigger Threat!" This is José Luis' original re-design/concept art for DC's Black Zero. This guy first appeared with this new look on the last page of Titans United #4 and in issue #5.

Luis stated, "TITANS UNITED #4 introduces us to a new character! And like the other Titans in this series, I have the privilege of developing conceptual art in the new city."

I'm still partial to the original design from the late 90's, but this is still a nice character design and the pencils are nice and clean.
