Description

I have never had the opportunity to meet Carlos Pacheco at a convention, so I jumped at the chance to get a convention-style sketch from him through 4C Comics! I chose to go with my favorite Thunderbolts member, Songbird, because of Carlos' history drawing her for the Avengers Forever series. And Carlos really did a beautiful job with her!

The face is just delicately drawn with the work on the eyebrows and her eyes showing her ernestness in wanting to turn into a hero.

This is such a unique commission piece since it allows the character to express herself beyond the typical gaze superheroes offer in pieces.

She's so human here and seems to breathe from the 2D space she inhabits. Amazing work.
