Nice montage. The art team also did a fine job with the likenesses, which is so important on books like Star Trek.

All the covers of this series pales compared to this. However, none of them feature Geordi at all. Maybe they thought fans preferred the visor look instead of the Reading Rainbow look.

I've never asked anyone, but I would assume that most people prefer the visor look. As for the art, I have to say that as nice as this piece is, my all-time personal favourite Star Trek artist is Jerome K. Moore, who did an endless series of gorgeous cover art with beautiful likenesses.
