New X-Men 46 p 22 - Humberto Ramos

This second volume of New X-Men was all over the place but it really hit its stride once Kyle and Yost took over the writing chores. Humberto did a short run on the book that was terrific. This is from the last issue that was part of the Messiah Complex.

This page has a ton of characters and Predator X, a nice addition (if tragic) to the X-Men mythos that hasn't been seen much since this crossover. Loved what Yost and Kyle did with Rockslide, Anole, Surge, and Mercury. This series was probably a high point for all four of them.

Humberto was joined on this issue by Carlos Cuevas and Dave Meikis on inks. Not sure which one handled this page.
