Description

I followed and enjoyed the New Mutants on their first series.
Then I forgot all about them until I saw this pin up many years later and it struck a chord in me and brought back the enjoyment I had when I read the original series.
And somehow having this piece was enough and I was never tempted to acquire any pages from the original series.

Mark Beachum has done art for both Marvel and DC but I remember him most for his art on Flare

Holy shit! Even though he wasn't a New Mutants artist, I'd also be one and done if I owned this! So stunning! Truly, Beachum at his peak. Wow!

Nice pinup by Mark Beachum. And it's G rated !! I wish he did more of it back in the day. He still has talent but he's been doing his own thing for so long now.

Just like Sienkiewicz with the design and linework that is incredibly energetic. The Beachum poster pin up job that looks downright like a cover masterpiece!

Outstanding! Love the line work on the characters, and there's a great contrast brought on with them vs the looser energy, AND that black background. Effective stuff. Congrats!
