John Berkey did several superb paintings for his series of OTIS ELEVATOR ads -- this was a prelim for an unpublished/unused OTIS ad... I have an extensive webpage of Berkey's art, and his widow Demi Berkey has really appreciated me posting 1,000+ of her husband's rarely seen paintings -- and she was kind enough to gift this painting to me!
