Description
I love this multimedia team intro shot of a new Thunderbolts lineup- Juan Ferryera rules! Clockwise from top left we have: Taskmaster, Batroc the Leaper, Star (Moonstone), Mr. Fear, Snakehead, Ampere, and Kingpin. I'm almost certain I'm not the only one who originally slept on this series, but the pacing, dialogue, and art are all top-notch! Check out the published version to see the difference between it and the original art!

They start off strong with a roll call and introduction!  Cool that they changed the layout digitally, but you still get a great physical piece that's intact.

You're right as always, Marcus! This original looks like it was colored with markers! How many Marvel comics are published from a traditionally-colored page like this? Juan is in Bill Sienkiewicz/Alex Ross/Esad Ribic/Nik Klein territory!

Really digging the subtle color work throughout!  Subtle but so effective.  Congrats!

Fantastic page, Doc.  Some great character portraits (dramatically amplified by those fantastic on-page colors!) and a reminder that most speakers frown on people interrupting them (it would certainly take a braver man than I to do so in this case - GREAT Kingpin image!).  Really like the glimpse into the initial take on the page, thanks to the prelim on the back; Ferreyra was probably leaning in the direction of a voice-over approach there (?), but the full-on presser was the right choice, I think, to establish Wilson as the present, central voice and figure.  Really sweet color work (worthy of a second mention)!  Congrats, Doc!
