Spill Zone - 2017 - Book 1 page 005 - Addison

I read this book with my daughter whilst on holiday in 2019. I usually get a few things organised in case we are stuck indoors or they can't sleep. This one turned out to be a bit of a page turner, the story is a bit like "Stranger Things".

The comic preview was posted on Scott's blog in October 2016 so it came out closely on the heels of Season 1 of that show. There are a lot of parallels but the characters feel rich and have enough personality to stand apart from it.

Alex Puvilland's drawings do a really good job of world building, they always feel full and crammed with content.
