Oracle #1, pg. 21 - Topaz

There's times with these pages I question when they were done. So far, by all I've heard they come from 1978, but they often seem a bit too crude or raw for late '70s Perez. Are they up to Logan's Run or the Fantastic Four standards or do they still have at least one foot back in the Man-Wolf or Deadly Hands of Kung Fu days? Maybe I'm just not familiar with Michael Higgins inks! Confusing to me, but always interesting and compelling either way!
