This is the May. Day 23. Thirty-One days of Star Wars continues...

"A Time to Survive" (German title "Überlebenskampf") is a comic story written by Martin Fisher, drawn by Ruairí Coleman, and edited by Gunther Nickel. The story was published in the 27th issue of the German Star Wars Rebels Magazine, which was released in January 2017. I do not believe this story has been reprinted in the USA yet.

Almost all of our favorites from the animated series are here - Ezra Bridger, Kanan Jarrus, Sabine Wren, and Garazeb "Zeb" Orrelios. Hera Syndulla and C1-10P "Chopper" must be around on the Ghost somewhere.

Last night, a Kanan Jarrius, came to Lothal from Star Tours
He said, "Come on, Ezra, you got the force that I love
And if it expires, Ghost will help from above"

If there's existing Rebels comic book material, then it needs to be published here in North America as soon as possible. As much as I love Clone Wars (which I have on in the background as I type this), I connected with the characters in Rebels in a way that I haven't with any Star Wars characters since the original trilogy. Thanks for sharing pages from this series, but now I want to be able to read the story!

So do I. With the shift of the all-ages titles from IDW to Dark Horse, I'm hoping it pops up over there at some point.
