Description"Gorbakin on ryssä vaikka voissa paistais"= "Also Gorby is a Russkie, even if you fry him in butter!" "Missä ihmeen voissa?" = "Where you have seen butter?" In the Soviet Union there was a huge shortage of everything (except for enamel military badges), starting from simple daily foodstuff like butter. The country didn't manage to produce enough butter and it was imported for example from Finland (barter trade to oil). "A Russkie is a Russkie, even if you fry him in butter!" is centuries old Finnish slogan/wisdom about the nature of Russkie, and it will not improve (frying something in butter is assumed to make/taste it better) Mikhail Gorbachev (aka Gorby) was then the Soviet leader and here: https://emerging-europe.com/news/lithuania-remembers-january-13-1991/ is good info about the happenings before and after January 13th, 1991 when 14 people was shot and hundreds wounded around Vilnius TV tower. Timely once again as history of the Winter War and this conflict shows us the uneasiness of being neighbors with a war mongering regime.
