Double Dragon 2 p.1

One of my first comics was what most would consider a very forgettable title. Double Dragon was a mega-hit video game that Marvel adapted for a 6 issue run. I don't recall when or how I ended up with this issue but I'm pretty sure it was purchased at a local comic shop here in Portland called Pegasus that eventually was bought out by Things From Another World.

I've probably read my original copy hundreds of times. Although I have seen several pages from the first and third issues, this is the only piece I have been able to find from "my issue", #2. Truth be told, this is a stat with some slight ink embellishments, an overall win but slightly less satisfying than actual pencils & inks; the hunt goes on...if any does exist I hope to find it!

The interior art by itself is to me, very decent. The incredible cover somehow ended up being done by this guy Art Adams who a few of you may have heard of before. Though the printing process really did not do the final product any favors, all in all a solid issue artistically and fun piece of my childhood to add to the collection.
