Purchased from a March 2022 Russ Cochran auction. This page is signed by writer and co-creator Max Allan Collins, and I suspect that it is one of many such pages he has consigned to the Russ Cochran folks for auction.

I like that it's old school and Beatty has to draw in the lines on the faces to show contour along the areas where color would be used instead.
