Description
With his fourth entry in the Common Elements galleries, Tom Derenick takes one of our more prosaic combinations and boosts it to the next level.

Tom suggested a scenario that would be a little flirtatious, perhaps, but not entirely overt about a possible attraction between our heroine Angelica/Firestar and our hero Ronnie/Firestorm. He delivered that completely in this charming illustration. They're not quite holding hands, but look as though they just might, any moment now.

As with his previous creations for this series, Tom's attention to detail -- especially in his incredible cityscape -- is phenomenal.

This is Common Elements #176.

From their trails, there's definite chemistry and heat.  The cityscape rivals anything used for publication.

Charming is the exact word to use to describe this beautiful illustration.
