Description

This was an Outdoor Tips that got the title cut off and had some apparent editing done to it with scissors (!!) Ed Dodd's signature is whited out as well, as is the date, so I don't have a lot to go on for credits. I am guessing this one is a later piece (maybe 1980s) due to the style of the artwork.
