One of the best ( the best ?) serie of Murphy and an amazing page!!!! Huge congrats and thanks for sharing ;)
beautiful pièce 👍
Sequential art genius...!
Great pickup. Money comes and goes but this art,it is in your clutches forever. Or perhaps until the other two previous owners realize what they lost and come back higher again. And on it goes and on it goes and on it goes...
Sean Murphy is tremendous!
Yassssss! There it is! Such a beautiful piece Steve - congrats my friend
If you want something drawn with a cool attitude, gotta go SGM. Remender probably expanded what he wrote to get the most out of him in this series.
This really is a great page. It's funny how some pages haunt you and never let you forget them. Congrats on finally getting this grail piece!
Great, great, great just great! Love the long and winding road to acquisition!
Amazing page, and love the backstory! The overall page is so well ballanced and every panel is worth hours of examination and enjoyment
Fantastic page from Murphy!
Beautiful page. Thanks for sharing !!
So happy this gorgeous piece found such a perfect home:) It's glorious!!
The storytelling is superb on the whole page. But I just love that last panel so much. So glad this one made it into your collection after all. Huge congrats!
Love this page! Gogeous example of Sean Murphy's work! Loved Tokyo Ghost!
I love this the sense of space in this one. Those too top panels. Wow. And then the open space in the last panel. Just a lovely example. Congrats.
Yup. 'Tis a beaut! A story within a page…
Great piece, great story. Especially liked "Thanks Rabid Ferret for the assist." Haha!
Jawdropping page from Sean Murphy's "Tokyo Ghost"! This is an incredible sequence of scenes in which we see Debbie at rest in a submersible vehicle of some sort, then we see Dent detoxing, and then Debbie nursing Dent...And then...POW!... it's revealed they are under the ocean and a massive whale and its baby are drifting past them. We also see the tiny submersible they are riding in and it's a magical moment. Amazing work by the great Sean Murphy. Unbelievably cool.
Such a wll paced page...beautifully done
