Description

Fourth in the series - just imagine that, in 1960, Martin Goodman decides that comics have no future and closes Marvel down, forcing Lee and Kirby to seek work at National. And what if, after a couple of years producing back-up science fiction, war and monster stories for DC's anthologies, editor Murray Boltinoff (unsatisfied with the initial submission from Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani) asks Stan and Jack to see if they can do anything with the idea of the Doom Patrol?

This time around, featuring one of Batman's villains, but based on the cover of Fantastic Four #12. As always, tremendous work by Stephen Baskerville.
