Happy Halloween buddy!
I miss these lush, layered multimedia pieces from Jim. The pose is spot on Man-Thing, gazing into the viewer's soul.
I love how the piece is mostly tonal, with the minimal linework only used to corral and shape the various shades.

Seriously creepy portrait of Man-Thing by Jim Cheung, and I mean that as a compliment. Not everyone is into horror, but Cheung really embraced Man-Thing's frightening appearance for this convention sketch. It's really scary, but that's good.
