Picked this up from Mike Burkey a few months ago! Love this cover! Ed Hannigan, and inked by the iconic Klaus Janson, from the story titled: "Night and Day!"

This SWEET cover features a HUGE Superman image, as he is getting beat up by a giant robot on a college campus as Batman refuses to help him! There are small whiteout touchups throughout the cover. BRONZE AGE Batman and Superman covers are getting increasingly hard to find and so fortunate that I got this one!
