I found this Sketch cover of (super)man's best friend at the recent virtual Comic art comicart con live by Illustrator Richard Salvucci. Beautifully penciled and colored cover. As a dog owner. Who hasn't felt the love of their four-legged friend wagging their tail waiting by the window as you come home from a hard day at work? the colored pencils really make this piece pop. The stare and expression has the joy and the warmth of the bond that is special and unique. The background suggests that Krypto is begging to playing fetch at 10,000 feet in the air.

the only problem is that when he barks, it will shatter everyones eardrums or if you throw a ball he may come back with the giant globe on top of the Daily planet.
