Description

Tim Sale Superman Drawing. Met up with Tim at the SDCC 1998. He did three drawings for me. This one I kept. I gave away the Batman to a friend and sold the Wolverine. Over the years I would meet up with Tim and admire his work. On a few convention visits I would stand and watch Tim work on his commissions. Seeing him breathe life on to the page was always a bit of magic for me. Tim was a swell fella and always kind. Definitely going to miss him. RIP Tim Sale.

Amazing what Tim Sale could do with a couple lines. He was a true master of the medium. We will all miss him.

Mike it was a joy meeting you at sdcc and what you wrote was a beautiful tribute for Tim. This is a home run as well. Thanks for Sharing.

A little late here, Mike, but really sweet piece (*needs a nice frame*) and great write-up. I had the honor of meeting Tim myself once. It was a wonderful experience. And whoever you gave the Sale Batman to, I'm sure he is extremely appreciative.
