Cover is for the Spanish edition of "El Hombre Enmascarado" #30, which was published in Spain by Valenciana as part of their Del Colosos Comic line in 1981. Artboard has image area measuring 10.25x14.5" showing art for "Prisoner 21" cover story, w/The Phantom holding his trademark .45s with a screaming caged prisoner behind him. Signed by Blume on art. Back has the artist's inkstamp. Art has detached vellum overlay w/tape staining on back of artboard at top, which does not show on front). Art remains bright, clean and is Exc. Cover and contents were exclusive to the Spanish market and saw no US counterpart. Comes w/reading copy of the comic this cover art was created for.
