DescriptionI love the artistic team-up of Ron Garney pencils and Sal Buscema inks on the Hulk run they did together, including the Dogs of War arc. So I was thrilled to find some examples from the arc and add them to my collection.Great splashy image of the Hulk bounding down from a leap to find a chauffer driver waiting to take him to see General Ross - not an image you'd expect to see! 3 pages from this arc picked up - see pic below - additional pages are also in this gallery Social/Sharing |

Just replace the placard with a boombox and we have "say anything" Hulk edition!

I loved this art team, man! In terms of storyline, I didn't enjoy Paul Jenkin's retconning of "The Professor" (UGH...hate that name) as it's own identiity instead of an amalgam as Peter David intended. But Garney and Buscema on art chores sure was easy on the eyes. Congrats on a wonderful page!

Wow, Garney and Buscema! An artistic team that I don't think I've seen many examples of, but this page certainly makes me a fan. And yeah, can you imagine having the Hulk land right in front of you? Yikes. Great stuff, Dave!

Love Garney's Hulk! And you're right, pairing up with other killer Hulk artist spectacular Sal B. flat out works! Nice splash there on the bottom, and I dig the slicked back mohawk ponytail :) Congrats!
