Description

The Mad Hatcher does it again! I was first exposed to Mirko’s work a couple of years ago when he was selling commissions on FB groups. I reached out and got an insanely awesome Spider-Man 2099 piece from him. He’s now being repped by Black Diamond and doing comic work. Just incredible seeing him fine-tune his craft on these color pieces, using nothing but color pens and meticulous hatching. He’s also expanded his arsenal with some STUNNING dual-tone hatching done on chromatic paper - M L posted an Endless piece from him that is breathtaking.

This is my second piece from Mirko and chances are not my last :)

That is real Nice. But I think I would have asked Mirko to use Brittany Renner as his model for Mystique. Bootyful

Di Noia’s pace for chromatic piece
She drop the bASS 'til my knees get weak
With white negative space, it's the star they keep

Wit a cameo in the Ms. Marvel mix
And now I stay on mutant and refuse to miss
And I still shape shift
With beats, parties, clubs then the guns and cheeks
My Brotherhood sound mutates the streets
DC’s wanna beef then I play for keeps

The cross hatching and color work are technically impressive, but equally amazing is the layout- love how the background matches her pose, and the use of negative space for the white is just fantastic. Definitely an artist on my watchlist now. Congrats!
