Caniff girls...this is a great example of his good girl art.
Brilliant strip. It always amazes me how Caniff could make each strip have a beginning, a middle and an end, like a book. But it would simultaneously be part of a longer narrative.Caniff's Terry and the Pirates was one of the best comics strips ever, and Caniff himself was one of the best comic artists ever.
